A fantastic book on Jotunheimen. The book has hundreds of photographs for this area and good descriptions of the trails and areas within Jotunheimen. It also gives a brief description of some of the ascents to various peaks including day trips from Olavsbu and Leirvassbu. The edition I borrowed (1987) contains a lot of aerial photographs rather than ground based photographs. I'm not so fond of those from a 'planning a route' and aesthetic point of view. Many slopes look far less steep when seen from the air and this is often misleading. The most recent edition has far more ground based photographs and much higher quality pictures. The book size is the same as 'Wild Walks' by Ken Wilson and Richard Gilbert. Sold at Nordisk Korthandel (in Denmark) for ~500 DKr. Also seen in the same series are:
This book concentrates on the Sunmøre and Tafjord areas. It is principally a peak bagging book with some trail walking described. The pictures are in their hundreds and are fantastic. I don't know where to buy this book from but I imagine the price would be around 500 DKr.

A guide to the Lofoten Islands. The advertised price is: 210 DKr. I've seen it sold in Nevis Sport, Fort William so I imagine it can be obtained fairly easily in the UK.
